Uniqueness – extraordinary value, especially if we are talking about luxurious Norwegian-style houses installation. One of our customers – company “LHM House“. They perform this type of project‘s creation and implementation. We glad that 3D printing is a perfect way to produce unique parts. It not only makes it easier to produce but speeds up the whole installation of luxurious apartments process as well.

This time we are sharing a 3D printing project of a unique ceiling lamp. According to the client‘s submitted 3D models, we performed large-format parts 3D printing. The lamp consists of 6 components, the biggest of which is even 2,65 m in length. All six parts of the lamp were divided into smaller pieces in order to make it easier to print and transport. 3D printing was done with a large-scale “Modix” 3D printer. All the lamp parts were made of PETG material. Thanks to this type of plastic, it was easy to glue all the lamp parts together and process them to the final product.

The 3D printed lamp was assembled and post-processed by special technology, giving an imitation of gold-colored metal. This ceiling lamp is unique not only in the shapes but in size and manufacturing technology as well. We glad that more and more people appreciate the uniqueness and 3D technology let these dreams come true.
