Order execution process provided in the 3D Creative service center

Our service center provides 3D modeling, 3D scanning and 3D printing services. Execution of orders consists of several stages. Not all of them are necessary. In the list below, we provided a description of each stage.

You can send us an inquiry by e-mail or by filling in an inquiry form. Please provide basic information about the order in the request:

  • If you require 3D modeling services – send a short description of the detail, attach photos, drawings, specify dimensions or add other relevant information.
  • If you require 3D scanning services – attach several photos of the object, specify the overall dimensions and what format of the file you need.
  • If you require 3D printing services – send a 3D model. If known, indicate the preferred printing technology, material, quantity, desired mechanical or other properties, production and delivery times. If you do not have a 3D model, please send photos, drawings, dimensions or add other available information for a preliminary price estimation.

The most convenient 3D model formats for submitting a proposal are .STL, .STP, and .OBJ, however, we can convert files from other formats too.

We provide a price offer for 3D technology services within 1 working day. If the order is particularly complex, and includes several different services, the deadline for its completion is discussed individually.

If a 3D model is unavailable, we can create it based on the data you provide – drawings, photos, sketches or a description.

To make an original copy of a physical object, we can use a 3D scanner to scan it and thus create a 3D model for printing.

At the customer’s request, we can sign a supply contract. If required, a general contract can be signed for multiple orders, and a purchase order form can be matched for each order.

3D modeling, 3D scanning, and 3D printing works are performed at the 3D Creative service centre. By prior agreement, 3D scanning can be performed at a location chosen by the customer.

The shortest deadline for completing the work is 1 working day. The printed products can be picked up at our office in Vilnius or we can send them by courier to any location specified by the buyer. The modeled and scanned models are sent to the customer by e-mail.
