Reverse Engineering
When drawings don’t exist, or a part is no longer produced, the only way to reconstruct it is to measure what’s physically there. 3D scanning captures exact dimensions from a real object and turns them into an editable CAD model.
We use this to recreate parts for old machinery, optimize production processes, and improve existing products where the original documentation is lost or never existed. The result is a fully editable 3D model, ready for further production or modification.
The result isn’t just a visual model, but a fully parametric CAD file an engineer can keep working with — adjusting dimensions, adding mounting features, or adapting the design for a new use. We work with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, PolyWorks and other common CAD systems.
