Small-scale production of plastic parts is a challenge for many manufacturers. It is no secret that thousands of parts need to be made in order for mold production to pay off. However, there are more and more situations where only a few dozen pieces are needed to produce. In this case, the most optimal solution is 3D printing.
We are sharing a small series production request for PP plastic printing. The customer exclusively needed PP plastic. As you know, this plastic is especially complicated and difficult to print with FDM 3D printers. Thanks to the advanced MJF technology, we have been able to produce these parts without much hassle in just a few working days. The industrial MJF technology allows to produce not only various plastics, but also do it in a particularly short time.
A total of 40 parts were produced. MJF 3D printing technology has made it possible to carry out this small-scale production order quickly, simply and at low production costs.
