Art has long been a window into our cultural identity, and today, 3D technology is unlocking new possibilities to preserve and showcase our heritage like never before.
One such example — our collaboration with “Ekspozicijų sistemos” designer Skirmantė Vaitkevičiūtė on the Kėdainiai Museum Exposition. Together, we brought to life a 3D sculpture of the Lithuanian Hound — a proud and symbolic figure of the nation’s history.
Using a large-format FFF technology-based Modix Big 60 3D printer and organic PLA plastic, we printed the sculpture in multiple parts and then assembled it, ensuring impeccable precision. The result is an accurate replica of the breed, ready to take its place at the Kėdainiai Museum — celebrating Lithuanian heritage through innovation.
It’s exciting to see that 3D technologies bring promising new avenues for protecting and celebrating our cultural heritage.
