According to the original parts provided by the client, antique car air supply grill was modeled and printed by our high quality 3D printer.

The original air supply grill was made of elastic material. Over time, it has become disordered. Car restorers approached with a request to restore this part, because no one is currently producing such a grills.

The grill was printed by our high quality advanced “Zortrax M200” 3D printer, based on FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology. Although the original grill was rubber for printing was chosen Ultrat plastic.

The grill, printed by 3D printer, completely changed the broken part. Due to the fact that we printed the grill of Ultrat, it became even more robust and of superior quality. As it is virtually impossible to buy such grills on the market, this method of production saves time and money for the customer.
