By leveraging 3D technologies, the production of architectural models is now quicker and more efficient.

One such example is the creation of a mockup for the unique NATIVO Resort & SPA construction project located in Palanga. Based on the client’s request, we performed 3D modeling using photos and drawings, as it is a fast and convenient method when objects are large and difficult to scan. The simulated objects were scaled down to the appropriate scale and 3D printed using PLA plastic, and CNC milling from oak and organic glass. We used Modix 3D equipment for 3D printing. Finally, we glued the printed and milled parts onto a white board, maintaining the layout of the original buildings in reality, and performed the finishing work by hand.

This project once again proves that 3D printing of architectural models reduces the duration of mockup creation work and production costs, without compromising on the quality of the final products.
