Upcoming autumn reminds us about the upcoming new year at school. In order to make coming back to school more attractive, the students of the Kaunas Information Technology School together with the Lithuanian Library for the Blind created a fun game called “What’s hiding on the bookshelves”. We are glad that to make game figures, the students, first of all, thought about innovative technologies and entrusted us with 3D printing.

We received a total of six different figures and a game dice created by students. At their request, we produced six such sets. We used rapid FDM technology-based 3D printers “Prusa” and environmentally friendly PLA material. The design of this educational game will allow it to be adapted to everyone – both those who have reading difficulties and those who are visually impaired or have learning difficulties.

We are glad to be able to contribute to this project and hope that the game created by the students will allow them to have fun after school.
