Rally is a difficult sport that requires a specific preparation of drivers and cars. Racers are often faced with the need for exclusive, non-standard parts to improve the capabilities of vehicles.

Today we are talking about the project of customized air duct 3D printing for a rally buggy. After assembling new parts for the buggy, there was a need to connect these new units using a custom duct. For that purpose, we 3D modeled a non-standard air duct. We printed it on an FDM-based “Zortrax M300 Plus” 3D printer. To ensure the excellent technical properties of the duct, we used ABS-based Z-Utrat plastic.

3D technology is a fast and convenient way to make unique, personalized parts and confidently aim for victories on the track!
