3D printing is an excellent and cost-effective solution for creating specific parts or making modifications. One such example is the 3D printing of a jar flipper.
Our client, Amrita, a company that produces and sells natural and organic products in Lithuania and foreign markets, had a flipper designed for 500 ml jars, but after switching to 250 ml containers, they needed a new solution. Instead of opting for a costly traditional manufacturing method, they chose us and 3D technologies.
Based on the existing model, we redesigned the flipper, adapted it for the smaller jars, and printed the components using FDM technology and durable PETG plastic. The production involved advanced Modix and Prusa printers.
3D printing offers a fast, flexible, and cost-efficient alternative to conventional manufacturing methods, without compromising on functionality.
