Robot Calibration

An industrial robot’s accuracy drifts over time — through wear, temperature changes, or after a collision. Without regular calibration, a robot can keep working with errors the operator won’t notice until scrap rates start climbing.

We use 3D measurement systems to check a robot’s positioning accuracy and help recalibrate it back to the manufacturer’s specification — for welding, assembly and palletizing lines alike.

Measurements are taken directly in the production environment, without needing to stop the line for long. We deliver results together with recommendations on what to adjust — from the programmed position to mechanical mounting elements.
