When a mass-produced part fails or you only need a handful of units, ordering a new mould rarely makes sense — it’s too expensive and takes too long. 3D printing produces a functional part in days, with no tooling step at all.

From prototypes to short production runs, we design or reconstruct the geometry of industrial parts, select the right material for the load and operating conditions, print, and finish the part where needed.

Before printing, we discuss load, temperature and operating environment together with the client — this determines the material choice, from standard plastic to reinforced or high-temperature polymers, as well as metal materials. Where needed, we finish the part further — sanding, painting or sealing it.
