In aviation, every part has to meet strict tolerance requirements, and missing documentation can stall an entire repair process.

3D scanning lets you verify a manufactured part against its design model down to microns, or reconstruct geometry for parts whose drawings no longer exist. We work with aircraft component measurement, in-process quality control, and custom fitting parts. Reports are prepared so they can be used directly in certification and quality management documentation.

Depending on the size and complexity of the part, we use different scanning systems — from handheld laser scanners to structured-light scanning for small, precision-machined components. Results are delivered in STL, STEP, or whatever format fits the client’s design environment.
