Automotive, Marine & Rail
A bumper for an old car model, a hull section, or a railcar structural part is often no longer manufactured — the production line was discontinued a decade ago, or the part was custom-made to begin with.
We scan the original part or what’s left of it, reconstruct its exact geometry, and prepare a production-ready model — for printing, milling or casting. We work with body panels, interior components and engine parts, as well as large-format marine and rail sections, where matching dimensions and fit with adjacent parts matters most.
Before production starts, we check the model against the original part — comparing dimensions and verifying that mounting points line up. This matters most in classic car restoration projects, where even a few millimetres off can mean the part simply won’t fit.
