According to the customer request, car seat controller head 3D model and 3D printed copy were created by using the original part of this car element.
Our company engineers restored the 3D model from the original car seat part by CAD software. This model was printed with the advanced and highest quality “Zortax M200” 3D printer. This printer is based on FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology. For the printing process was selected ULTRAT plastics which distinguished by its strength and durability.
The 3D printed items completely changed the broken car element. This method of production saves the customer time and money.
