Racers are often faced with the need for exclusive, non-standard parts to improve the capabilities of vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Today we are talking about the project of customized air duct 3D printing for a rally buggy. After assembling new parts for the buggy, there was a need to connect these new units using a custom duct. For that purpose, we 3D modeled a non-standard air duct. We printed it on an FDM-based &#8220;Zortrax M300 Plus&#8221; 3D printer. To ensure the excellent technical properties of the duct, we used ABS-based Z-Utrat plastic.<\/p>\n<p>3D technology is a fast and convenient way to make unique, personalized parts and confidently aim for victories on the track!<\/p>\n<p><strong>3D printing technology:<\/strong>  FDM (<em>Fused Deposition Modeling<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>3D printing material:<\/strong> Z-Ultrat<\/p>\n<p><strong>Size (mm):<\/strong> 214.30 x 150.758 x 259.735<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rally is a difficult sport that requires a specific preparation of drivers and cars.
