And it does not matter if it is a simple refrigerator handle or a complex mechanism for the specific device push button &#8211; it is often difficult to find spare parts on the market.<\/p>\n<p>A customer contacted us with a request to restore a broken push button mechanism. Since replacing the damaged part alone would not have ensured the desired result, we performed a complete restoration and production of the entire mechanism using 3D technologies. All the functional parts were reconstructed together with the necessary improvements. Using these computer models, we 3D printed parts using FDM technology-based \u201cZortrax\u201d 3D printers and highly durable Z-Ultrat material.<\/p>\n<p>This method of production ensures quick realization of spare parts; digital 3D models allow additional production of parts to be made at any time in the future; customers can save money by restoring damaged items instead of buying new ones.
