Many of our customers have already become convinced of the advantages of small-scale production by 3D printing. This production method not only effectively reduces the price of the product but also allows to maintain the high quality of the product and fast production time.<\/p>\n

This time we were approached by a company engaged in the production of pool equipment. At their request, we performed 3D printing of the propellers of the specific pool device. According to the computer models provided by the customer, we printed 60 pieces of uniquely designed propellers. Printing material ABS. This plastic is extremely strong and durable, making it ideal for use in contact with pool water and ensures the longevity of the part. We used extremely accurate and reliable “Zortrax M200” 3D printers for production. These devices, with closed printing chambers, prints ABS plastic in particularly high quality, ensuring that there are no changes in shape. The robust construction and technical parameters of the device allowed to ensure the highest quality of the surface and completeness of the impeller.<\/p>\n

3D printed propellers allowed the customer to receive high-quality, uniquely designed products at an affordable price extremely quickly. Once again, you can be sure that 3D printing is the best production method for small series production.<\/p>\n
