Small series production often causes a real headache for manufacturers of certain products. Alternative production methods, such as casting, are highly complicated because small quantities greatly increase production costs. We are happy to offer our customers a solution in this situation – 3D printing.<\/p>\n

This time we share one of the examples of small series production – 800 pcs of structural parts. 3D printing was performed according to the 3D models provided by the customer. We used the latest and most advanced \u201eZortrax M300 Plus” 3D printer, which works on the principle of FDM technology. Also, we used ABS plastic. This plastic is strong and durable, so it perfectly met the customer\u2019s wishes. With large production capabilities, we can prepare an order for 800 units in less than 5 working days.<\/p>\n
