According to the architectural company\u2019s computer 3D model, model parts were printed with very precise 3D printers. These products are distinguished by high quality, precision and are used in architectural design 3D models. This model is intended to visualize the reconstruction of Klaipe\u0307da port.<\/p>\n

Tankers were 3D printed by using the highest quality FDM technology 3D printer \u201eZortax M200\u201c and ABS plastics. This material is easy to process and glued. That was important because ship 3D models exceed the 3D printer\u2019s worksheet, so they were split into parts and glued together. Spiled models were sanded, primed and painted in order to give an exclusive and even surface.<\/p>\n

Tanks were 3D printed by using highly-precise FDM technology “Mass Portal” printer and PLA plastics. This plastic is distinguished by its high quality and special color uniformity.<\/p>\n

Remaining pieces of the architectural 3D model – wagons (over 150 units) and cranes were printed by using the “Form2” 3D printer, which uses SLA technology and liquid resin. This tech- nology allows you to get highest-precision and particularly smooth models. The equipment used in our company allowed us to get precise printing of even the smallest crane elements of just 0.6 mm thickness.<\/p>\n

Advanced 3D printing technologies gives the customer the opportunity to get the highest quality products with extraordinary precision in a shorter time. These features allow to visualize the client\u2019s order and create the highest level architectural models.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
