According to the order of the dental clinic, a surgical guide was printed with high-quality 3D printer “Form 2”. The submitted 3D model file was obtained by using the dental intraoral 3D scanner and inverse modeling principle.

The used material was a standard type of photopolymer (liquid resin). If required, our printer may also print from class 1 biocompatibility resin, which is intended for the dental market to print for surgical guides or similar devices.

3D printing with very precise SLA printer has made dental guides printing possible. Also, this technology allowed to make the order in a short time with lower financial costs compared to milling machines or other devices.
