We often receive customers who fear that the item they need is no longer on the market. The manufacturer no longer produces it and worn one cost round amount of money. And of course, such an item seems irreplaceable to its owner and it would not even be worth looking for better ones. From now on, there is really nothing to worry about – we can recreate it all by 3D technologies!

This time we share one such an example – the restoration of a viscous liquid mixing apparatus. It is this model that is no longer in production, but when the customer wanted to have a copy of it, we restored the original. For this purpose were used 3D modeling and 3D printing. Thanks to highly competent designers, the mixer housing, lid, and two diagonal gears were restored with particular precision.

3D modeled parts were printed with high-precision FDM technology „Zortrax M200“ printers of PLA plastic. The restored mechanism completely replaced the worn original and thus allowed the customer to continue using this device. With 3D models, it will be possible to produce an unlimited number of such mechanisms at any time in the future.

3D modeling and 3D printing are the ideal solutions for fast, accurate and high-quality restoration of worn or limited edition parts.
