Our engineer scanned the client ears with a very accurate 3D scanner. Negative molding form was designed according to the scanned 3D files. These molding forms were printed of high-quality polyamide plastic (PA).
Using these molding forms, the customer produced silicone ear mounts that will be used to create and improve highly advanced video and audio recording system.
