Propeller blade 3D printing was performed according to the customer's 3D model. For this project, we used the next generation "Zortrax" 3D printer "M300 Plus ". This 3D printer is the perfect choice for ultra-smooth and precise walls. Also, this device is easy to operate and has a wide range of filaments.
The 3D printed product will be used as a positive for mold making and metal casting. 3D printing not only accelerated the production of positive manufacturing but also ensured that the product would be highly accurate, corresponding to the extremely important and complex geometry of the blade surface.
