Every time we are happy to contribute to the realization of new products. Even more gratifying when those products are designed to protect the environment and make cities a better place to live! This is exactly the vision of our client Dancerbus. Dancerbus is the creator of the Lithuanian electric bus, which launched the first electric buses on the streets this year.

This time we produced a bus logo badge. According to the provided 3D models, we performed 3D printing and post processing of 3D printed parts. We have chosen the most advanced “Zortrax M300 Plus” 3D printer. This 3D printer stands out not only for its large printing platform but also for its exceptional accuracy. We used Z-ABS plastic, which is durable and strong, can be used outdoors, and is easy to process.

3D printed parts were post-processed and painted in order to meet the customer’s requirements. The final parts have been fully prepared for operation and will be used in the new electric bus. We are pleased that this time 3D printed parts will be used not as prototypes, but as the end-use products and this only once again proves the versatility of 3D printing.
