3D service ordering process

Ordering of 3D printing services consists of several steps. Not all of them are necessary, it depends on the situation:

Inquiry for 3D printing services can be sent us by email or by filling the contact form. All contacts provided here.

An inquiry should include such information: product material, quantity, production and delivery terms. If you have, please attach 3D models, photos, drawings, specify dimensions, or add other information as needed.

3D model is not necessary for preliminary price estimation. We can provide a preliminary assessment based on drawings or photographs with the product dimensions, but in such cases, we provide only a preliminary price.

For accurate price estimation is required 3D model. The best formats are .STL, .STP and .OBJ, but we can also convert files from other formats.

If you don’t have 3D model, we provide additional service for 3D models creation base on your provided information, pictures, drawing, etc.

To make a copy of the original physical object, we can scan it with a 3D scanner to create a 3D model for printing.

The price offer is prepared in 1 working day from the submission of the request. Note that if 3D model is not provided, we can estimate only preliminary price.

If inquiry includes additional services (preparation of 3D model, 3D scanning, post-processing, etc.), offer submission term is agreed separately.

Signing of service agreement.

In case of multiple orders, general agreement is signed and for each of the orders purchase order is confirmed.

3D printing service is done at “3D Creative” service center. Minimum delivery term to Lithuania is 1 working day.

If requested, we perform additional post-processing of the printed parts. E.g. preparation for painting, painting, waxing, epoxy infiltration, etc.

If requested, together with our partners we produce the final product from metal, concrete and other materials.
