Our company engineer designed the necessary tool nozzles by using the client given the original tool. For 3D printing was selected ultra-precise and advanced SLA (Stereolithography) “Form 2” printer, which properly prints extremely small spaces or other hard-to-reach places. For the production, there was used an extremely durable “Tough” resin, which imitates ABS plastic properties.

3D design and printing capabilities allowed the customer to test and evaluate the gap sizes available for polymeric materials for further production.

3D printing material: Tough photopolymer (liquid resin)
