The complex jaw reconstruction process was performed in our company according to the order of the dentistry clinic.
According to submitted Computer Tomography (CT Scan) files (dicom format), our engineer restored a complete 3D model of the lower jaw bone tissue. With this 3D model was carried out reconstruction work: cleansing of unwanted fragments, smoothing pores, filling the required places.
Jaw model was printed for the preparation of titanium plates production. „Zortrax M200“ 3D printer has been used to print the model. Precision and quality perfectly matched the requirements.
This unique and complex order for the clinic made it possible to quickly and conveniently simplify surgical operations.
