CMM measurement

„3D Creative” provides a wide range of 3D scanning services, including precision CMM measurement. For these measurements we use highly accurate Kreon CMM measuring equipment. The combination of a 3D scanner and a 7-axis measuring arm ensures accuracy of up to 9 µm and the ability to scan products of any shape or color. A wide laser line, up to 200 mm, allows the work to be carried out as quickly as possible.

Modern CMM measurement provides a clear understanding of the size and shape of the object being measured. The resulting data is especially valuable when analyzing complex, organic-shaped surfaces or applying reverse engineering to them. CMM measurement not only saves significant time on complex measurements, but also eliminates the possibility of error, allows the collected data to be compared with production drawings, and enables precise quality control. Color-coded deviation maps generated from the scan data clearly highlight areas affected by deformation or geometric inaccuracies.

For medium- or small-sized, easily transportable objects, we offer fast and precise CMM measurement services at our service center in Vilnius. For large-format or non-transportable objects (production machinery, massive sculptures, buildings, bridges, factories, etc.), our highly qualified specialists, equipped with portable CMM measuring equipment, are ready to carry out all measurements at your chosen location.
