Metal Gear Wheel

The client contacted us, having worn gear wheel with weary gear teeth. At his request, we restored and printed a new metal gear wheel.

First of all, the recovery of the gear wheel was carried out using 3D modeling software. The gear wheel has been measured and accurately restored to the relevant standards. Since the original part was made of metal, the printing of the plastic, in this case, did not fit, because the part was supposed to be extremely strong. For this reason, we chose stainless steel for printing. The printed metal gear wheel in the mechanism has completely replaced the worn-out old gear wheel.

Since such gears are usually sold in a complete set with the whole mechanism, its acquisition from trading venues is really expensive. In this case, 3D printing allowed the customer to quickly and with low cost get the necessary part without much effort.

Mock up of Trakų Vokė Manor

According to the client's order, Trakų Vokė manor model was designed and 3D printed by our highest quality 3D printers.

According to the main project idea, there were modeled 21 objects of the territory of Trakų Vokė manor. 3D models were made from photos and drawings. We chose this kind of 3D model creation because it is fast and convenient when objects are large and difficult to scan.

The simulated objects were scaled down to the appropriate scale and printed by the advanced Zortrax M200 printer from Z-HIPS plastic. This plastic is great for the production of architectural mockups, because it is easy to print, retains its white color and looks very aesthetically pleasing.

The printed products were glued on a white 1 x 1,1 m panel, according to the customer's will, while maintaining the conditional location of the buildings in reality.

This method of production optimizes the length and cost of architectural layout manufacturing. We completed this order from idea to finished - model, printed and glued product within 15 days.

180ºC temperature resistant air flow control tee tube of an antique car

By the client request, air flow control tee tube was 3D modeled and 3D printed of our new 3D printing filament - CoPA.

According to the dimensions provided by the customer, specific diameter air flow tee tube was 3D modeled by our engineers. The main requirement for this tee tube was resistance for high temperature. Unfortunately, we have not had such resistant materials in FDM technology so far, but from now on we are pleased to offer our customers CoPA plastic, which is made of polyamide (nylon), and is therefore extremely durable, resistant to impact and loads, and can withstand even 180 degrees of temperature! For this tee tube, 3D printing was used high-quality "Mass Portal" 3D printer.

This solution made it possible for the customer to quickly and economically produce the part that was no longer available on the market and adapt it to car restoration job.

On order of company the church was modeled and printed with 3D printer.

The Church 3D model was modeled from the photos provided by the client. The most advanced 3D printer „Zortrax M200“ was used for printing. The printers of this company have high print quality and great software that makes printing extremely simple. The mockup was printed from HIPS plastic. During printing, this plastic does not deform so it is ideal for printing large dimensions objects. The printed products are snow -white and and it does not require additional processing for painting.

3D printing allows you quickly and inexpensively rebuild realistic object layouts.
