Plate prototype

According to the customer 3D model, large-format plate prototype was printed by our biggest 3D printer.

The prototype was made by using new "3D Creative" large-format FDM 3D printer, capable of printing objects up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm. With this printer, the printed product was solid, despite their size. For prototype printing was used white PLA plastic.

Our new "3D Creative" printer let you optimize 3D printing for large-format objects. The printed products are solid or divided into minimal number of parts. It allows you to get parts even stronger and more similar to real products. In addition, production time is shorten and manufacturing requires less post-print jobs.

Prototype 3D printing save client money and time. Also, it allows customer to test product before mass production.

Sound-based toy for children

A body and boxes for sound-based toy for children were printed for one of our client.

3D models were split into several parts to optimize the product, which helps to reduce the amount of support structures needed during printing. The products are printed with a 3D printer „Zortrax M200“. This printer is one of the most reliable printers in its segment, allowing you to print large quantities of products quickly and qualitatively. ABS plastic is selected for printing products. This plastic is perfect for printing from a wide variety of models, from prototypes to artistic products.

3D printing allows for quick implementation of the client's idea, so customer saves time and cost in this way in comparison with traditional methods of production.

Environmental monitoring electronic cases

By manufacturer's order, electronic cases were made with final post-processing. The company provides high-class technological solutions

Parts were printed by company's prepared 3D models. The final version was printed on FDM 3D printer "Zortrax M200" using high-quality ABS plastic to have higher strength. Because of the quality 3D prints, post-processing was done with fewer efforts.

Surfaces were processed and painted to acquire quality and pleasant products, who are quite sturdy for everyday use.

3D printing solution is very attractive manufacturing option to produce small quantity productions with a pleasant surface, very complex inside geometry and good resistance to environmental conditions with lower price point compared to injection-mold or other traditional manufacturing option. Also, it's very good solution to produce good quality prototypes for upcoming exhibitions and shows.

Education Architecture Exhibition – LITHUANIA GOES TO SCHOOL

Educational exhibition "Lithuania Goes to School" was opened at Vilnius Minties Gymnasium (Erfurt 23), on May 10.

We have also contributed to this initiative by 3D printing buildings and school mock-ups for the installation of the exhibition.

For printing was choose two different technologies printers - 2017 the world's best "Zortrax" 3D printer and "Form2". Last mentioned printer was used for important schools models manufacturing. Thanks to the SLA-based printer, the models are very precise and accurate. Other buildings used FDM technology "Zortrax", which at its own speed ensured the prompt and high quality project execution. For printing was used liquid white resin and HIPS plastic. After printing, some mock-ups were painted.

This method of production allowed not only to accelerate and facilitate the production of mock-ups, but also to contribute to this exciting initiative in the preparation of an exhibition! You can view this exhibition at the Minties gymnasium until June 8th.
