Motorcycle demfer

A motorcycle demfer was scanned and printed on the order of the client.

Upon request, company engineers scanned an antique motorcycle demfer using the „Artec Space Spider“ industrial 3D scanner, which is metrologically accurate and capable of scanning highly complex surfaces.  The 3D demfer model was modified with 3D modeling software. The part was printed with the SLS (selective laser sintering) technology 3D printer, which distinguish by the surface plainess and particularity of the printed parts. The product was printed from PA plastic, this plastic is not only extremely durable, weather resistant, but is also easy to paint, so this material is perfectly suitable in this case.

Using 3D scanning and printing technologies, it is possible to quickly and qualitatively restore old, antique and non-commercial products, as in this case, the pre-war motorcycle damfer.

Refrigeration unit body parts

The company, which is engaged in the production of refrigeration equipment, ordered to print parts of the refrigeration unit.

The parts were printed with selective laser sintering technology (SLS). This technology is distinguished by the smooth surface of printed products. No support is used during this printing, the support function is performed by the powder, all of this allows you to print more sophisticated products, for example: parts with a hole inside - like these printed products. For printing, PA plastic was used, which is characterized by high strength.

SLS technology allows you to make small serial parts production at high quality and low cost. PA plastic, due to its mechanical properties, is suitable for parts of the body.

According to the client's 3D model, a small sculpture was printed.

The item is printed with selective laser sintering (SLS), which is distinguished by high precision and detail of print products. The sculpture is printed in polyamide PA. This material is strong and hard, what is more, parts printed of this material have a smooth surface.

SLS printing technology allows you to print ultra-sophisticated artwork with small details and pictures. Print products are not only durable and longevous, but also feature high surface quality.

Very complex prototype print job was ordered by optics manufacturer.

Models were printed with SLS 3D printing technology which differentiates from other 3D printing technologies by its high quality surface on all sides altogether with accurate and complex printing capability. PA - polyamide material was used to print such models and they are considered one of the toughest among all other 3D printed plastics.

Selective laser sintering printing technology is widely used among industries to produce high quality prototypes in very short amount of time.
